    Kathrynn at EDS Couriers was very helpful and fast. She helped two customers twice as fast as someone would normally be able to help one. Store is very fast, clean and helpful. Definitely be going back for anything like this I need again. Helps also they have a notary on weekends.

    Explain to me how the recipient can refuse delivery if the delivery was never offered to the recipient? Every time my package uses EDS Couriers it gets messed up.

    They cannot deliver a package on the date requested. Calling is all automated. You need a tracking number but none was left on my notice. Talking to a real person at EDS Couriers would be nice.

    Rude customer service. If you want actual customer service, please go anywhere else. Going to EDS Couriers was a waste of time.
    EDIT (in response to owner): There were only 2 other customers and 2 employees. The 1st employee started to help me and then forgot I existed after getting onto the computer. The 2nd was opposed to helping me even though everything was fine with my package. Seemed like she was annoyed at the idea of helping me. The next business I went to took my package without a problem and said maybe the lady that helped me didn’t know what she was doing. Please train your employees better. I shouldn’t have to go outside of my community to ship a package.

    No one answers the phone at EDS Couriers. Rude, petulant workers and I used the term workers very lightly. Mail carriers misrepresent themselves via electronic submissions. Notice left no recipient available, when no notice is left. Pickup available is then entered. There is virtually no way to inquire about the package in question. Just lousy and perfunctory. Absolutely no effort!
