   Want to know status of my order #51326422 that should have arrived by July 17 at the latest. You have already charged my credit card but as of today, July 27, it has not arrived. Shipment was going to Phoenix, AZ. Please advise ASAP.

   My order never arrived, even though the tracking system says that it did. The order number is 51509632. The USPS tracking number is 9200190000788566097953. I ordered on Aug 5, 2020. Please either refund my money or let me know what has happened to my order. Your customer service number just cuts you off at the end and never goes to a person.

   It’s fine if it will just take longer to arrive, but I fear something else is amiss, if it says that it already has arrived.

   Really good customer service! Use their service to send my package multiple times and all the goods arrived safely! Recommend this very much!

   Had no idea where to go. A lamented piece of paper with numbers on for you to ring when you arrive. Had to try 8 numbers before someone picked up.
   They told me to proceed to the staff area and then someone came after about 10 mins of waiting and took my parcels away.
   Try to get your deliveries in on time at your local drops otherwise you’ll go through this.

   This team has a lot of experience. Most of the guys have been doing this for years. They were good at taking and listening to instructions and friendly.

   WORST service ever! They steal your courier and don’t pick up calls, and also don’t value your products saying it’s just a small thing not gold. Who are they to decide value of my products, very bad customer service. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COURIER COMPANY .

    The guys were really great! It was easy to schedule a move, they were professional & friendly, on time, worked quickly and carefully. Would definitely recommend!
