    Another stellar job at NOT doing their job. Priority Mail package delivery was NOT attempted, despite their claim. Guess someone got lazy… again. 11/30/15. Five stars for consistency at being grossly incompetent.

    All you complainers don’t know anything about logistics. Nothing wrong with this particular location. I believe that the drivers are still independent contractors anyways, so complaining about your experience with an individual driver is meaningless.

    This is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did the pod get delivered late the day that it was supposed to show, On the day that the pod was supposed to be picked up they just didn’t show. I had a confirmation email and when I called three hours after the window I was told that the date is not a guarantee?!? The POD was supposed to be gone before I closed, selling my house and they missed the date!!!! Then, they had the nerve to say they were doing me a special service to pick up the POD the following day.
    Also, The POD is quite small. I got the large one and it definitely did not fit a 2 bedroom home.
