    If you want to be ignored and for your return item to never get picked up then by all means ECS Courier is the company for you. I have been waiting these 2 months for them to come and pick up my return item and they have been giving me the runaround, they keep moving my pickup date and no one ever shows up. Even when their supervisor Valeria got involved, she did not resolve my issue but has stopped responding to my emails, I think she’s hoping I will give up and forget about it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to lodge a formal complaint and whoever else I need to fix this.

    Ok so I’ve shipped many packages here. I still do and still will being that this is the closest and fastest option to my house. I’ve sent multiple packages out and have had typos on the address a few times. I’ve also had the wrong names put down and have had to call multiple times to get my tracking sent to my email. I really don’t like posting reviews but it’s getting to the point that I’m getting angry. In order to have my business run smoothly I need my shipments to be correct. It’s just adding to a hassle on my end. ECS Courier staff is very helpful and friendly. I just wish they would take the proper steps to make sure the information is correct.
