   I am so glad that I have been working with this company for over a year now, and I love how they work. The management is amazing and I never face any problems when they come home, they do everything at their best.

   This is a so called ICT center and Post office built in one place, whereas, the place has always been a post office, the ICT aspect of it may be a part of the infrastructure drive of the government, but nothing much is happening here in terms of ICT, but, the post post office on the other hand is fully functional and all postal services are carried out here, I have not quite done any transactions here lately, so, may not be able to comment on the quality of service, the place is only partially wheelchair accessible.

   I actually LOVE this company. MyTown2Go is really my go to when I need to place delivery orders. The manager there is amazing and so are the contractors. I always get my deliveries on time or before time. They are always nice and respectful when coming to my home. I use Walmart Grocery and I tell the delivery drivers how sorry I am I’m not able to help them with bring the groceries in. They always tell me there is no need to apologize that’s what they are here for. That really makes my day for them to be so awesome at customer service and they deliver items with a smile. I really appreciate this service and how nice and kind the manager and all the drivers are. They really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thank you all at MyTown2Go.

   The post office has two counters – one occupied by a supposedly senior employee who was just providing general information but not processing any transactions.
   The entire queue was handled by the other counter. This can be improved.
