    They lose packages and then don’t care. I lost a 300$ worth package. Of course, they didn’t scan it and promised me that it’ll be processed.

    I’ve used other locations and this one is my least favorite so I don’t use it often. The employees’ sour moods cause me to dread going inside and today I had my second package returned to me instead of the merchant. Terrible customer customer service!!

    I’ve given this rating 1 star because there was nothing lower! What an incredible display of unprofessionalism and deplorable customer service. Morose expressions, sour attitudes and a lack of remorse is what you’ll find here at this ups on Savannah Hwy next to the Publix Supermarket, parallel to Bee”s Ferry Rd. In just these past two weeks I’ve had 2 packages returned to me instead of the merchant, that’s 2 out of two (not counting the other). I’m left astounded as I wonder what is the leadership like at this place of business. Learn what efficiency, productivity and good customer service are and perform these for your customers! From the top down learn these things and if you don’t know how to get the job down…shut it down!

    This may truly be unbelievable! Here I am again just two days after adding to my initial review because I have received yet again another package that I dropped off at this location for return. It’s the third in less than a month. What is wrong with these people! I was beginning to think that it was incompetence on their part but now I’m wondering if this is intentional! They have in the past successfully accomplished this service for me but now everything is being returned to me! What a wretched bunch in this establishment and I hope that they get their act together!

    We recently moved from Alexandria to Richmond. The entire process was seemless. We initially met with the sales rep, he was very responsive and accomidating. The moving crew arrived as scheduled. They were all very professional and hard working. They were extremely careful with our belongings. When we arrived to our new home, the crew took extra care to ensure not to damage our new floors. We did end up with a large damaged picture frame. The driver provided us with th information for the claims department. The immidiately contacted us and were also very responsive. They immediately handled our claim. Each employee we can in contact with was fantasitc. We’d recommend this,clmpany to our friends and family!

    I had a package delivered. Except that it WASN’T DELIVERED. I had two packages scheduled to arrive that day with the same sender and same departure date. One showed up. I got the mail within 20 minutes of it being dropped off. I check the tracking number and…. It says delivered.
    Nope.
    It.
    Wasn’t.
