   I will go out of way to go to a different location to not deal with the rude employee at this location. One woman who works there gets mad at anyone who comes in to mail a package.

   Christie helped me redirect a package twice by phone after a series of technical mishaps where I had bad addresses for the recipient. She was responsive, helpful, and patient and made my day so much better.

   I was extremely pleased from start to finish. Had a long distance move for a bedroom set from my house to my daughters in Alabama. After getting multiple quotes, by far they came in the most reasonable. They were very timely, worked very professionally, and were very careful with my items. Jim, the owner was extremely professional and responsive, and kept me updated throughout the move. My daughter, on the other end was equally pleased, and found them to be very careful with unloading and putting everything back together. Highly recommend and hopefully I do not need to move, but if I do, I would definitely be using them again!

   There prices are to high. The employees likes to take there time to make it over the 2 hours required. Plus, they charge for supplies as well. With 3 guys it taken 5 hours for a 4 bedroom house. Everything was ready to go. They know how to milk it. Way to train your people. Never again. They even taken a 15 break on my time. Be mindful with this company. First and last time utilizing this company

   The employees are great. Service is superb. I use them at least on a weekly basis for my shipping and returns. When I’ve had a printing need they have always come through no matter how difficult. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their services. They make my life easy.

   On this visit, I did not accomplish what I was there for. The lady directed me to their computer which wasn’t helpful. I left and went to my regular UPS store in Ft. Worth on McCart & Sycamore School Rd and was in and out within 5 minutes. Mission accomplished.
