   Hello , I purchased an item on eBay and the seller is telling me (he is based in the UK) that he cannot ship the item to Austria as GSP does not do that .. is that true? How can we proceed ? Thanks , Manfred

   I had some very expensive pieces of furniture I purchased from Canalside Interiors in Sydney delivered to my home in Brisbane. TLC were professional, prompt and took great care of my furniture. Items were picked up in the Monday and delivered by Wednesday. Will definitely use these guys again.

   Hired Star Moving and the movers broke my BBQ door and 2 of the legs so the BBQ is completely unusable. Upon discovering the damage, I contacted the company, was told to send him pictures of the damage which I did and never heard back. 1 week later I called again to follow-up, and he told me he is not responsible for the damage because I didn’t find it right away – but I did send the pictures over a week ago… and then tells me to wait another week! Also damaged my porch set – cracked the entire bottom of it so it’s completely broken as well. More annoyed at the BBQ and the fact that they never followed-up with me after pictures where taken and sent to him. I was willing to compromise and just ask for the replacement cost of the wheels which is minimal, but instead, he decided to hang up on me.
   I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB.
   Don’t use these guys if you value your belongings.
