   Hello, I placed order on eBay n°16-08254-95525. The Seller shipped my purchase with Economy International Shipping. Ref number SF1146292686638.

   On Friday, the status showing package was delivered. But I was in my home and I never received anything !

   I have ordered on jan.31.2021, UU350724314CN is the tracking number i received… delivery date they have provided as March.08.2022 but still i didn’t received my item & if i enter tracking number its not showing where it is & when it will get deliver. already the amount has been paid but still waiting for the item.

   Please let me know what is my purchase id. On tracking it says that you attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. No one even called me to notify me that they were coming to deliver.

   Unhelpful, surly, intolerant, condescending staff. They will overcharge you for service whenever they can. Many times the branch is closed for no apparent reason, so what meagre service they offer is also unreliable. Each time I felt being looked down at and rushed. I feel sorry for anyone who needs to use them.
   Needless to say I won’t be ever again.

   Movers came early they assessed my furniture and items, and they moved with a purpose. I couldn’t be more pleased with Lion Heart Movers.
   I had packed up most of my personal belongings so the guys just needed to pack up my furniture. In all they had a full bedroom set, complete living room, dining area and front entry way to pack up between the 3 of them everything was wrapped and packed in less than an hour. I was impressed!
   I was very particular about the route I wanted them to take to ensure that they traveled most efficiently and the driver was more than happy to accommodate my request by following me to my apartment in Frisco.
   Upon arrival they were careful with my belongings and orderly in the unpacking of my things, not to mention they were extremely helpful and patient helping me rearrange my furniture to my liking in fact they even offered their own personal opinions on the placement when I struggled to make a decision. I am filled with gratitude for Lion Heart Movers. ❤
