    I have nothing but good things to say about this Eastlines location. The only thing that was a little strange is the layout of the store…trying to figure out which line to stand in was a little confusing at first. I came in for the first time yesterday and the woman who helped us was friendly, polite and helpful to the nth degree. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

    Just had my 4th delivery from Eastlines the other day. I live way up in the mountains on dirt roads and they have had amazing communication, shown up when said, and the 3 different drivers have all been very nice and courteous.

    Worst carrier ever!! Not even lasership is so bad as EASTLINES. They are so unprofessional that they stole your packages and mark it as delivered. When you call customer service they are so useless, including the manager is not available. If you’re going to receive a package from them you’re not going to get it!!!!!

    We have had a P.O. Box here at Eastlines for 17 years. A significant portion of the mail placed in our box is addressed to other boxes. The facility is dilapidated and when they fix something, it is a rig job. The only change we have noticed is the prices have gone up 400% since 2001. Only one or two workers in all these have good customer service skills, most will ignore you to your face. Most complaints about service, locked or broken boxes or incorrect delivery of mail is treated with prejudice and hostility.
