    This annex station is the station for both my home and my work place. My street (the entire block) did not receive mail yesterday. I’ve also had to call MULTIPLE times from work to check the status of where our mail is, at 3:30PM on a Friday. There have been a few Fridays where the mail was not even delivered at all to my work place. This is unacceptable.

    I payed 58 dollars to ship my first eBay sale nov1st. It was heavy so anyway. It showed up evidently it was in a hurricane or something because they sent pictures and it had holes in the box wow. No return on shipping. The receipt says. So what would be our recoarse as customers. ? There returning the item I pay that shipping to wow

    A terrible place with horrible customer service skills. The excuse mgmt gave over a month ago for not answering the phone was a new system was installed and they have yet to learn it. Still, no person answers phone. Slow learners maybe? Mgmt cares nothing about their job, only to get a check and to hell with customers is how they operate. Harlingen post office is the worst post office to ever attempt the serve the public. And the company I own spends over $2k per month in postage for over seven years with McAllen Business Mail Dept. They know how to run a business. Harlingen post office is pitiful.
