   Your delivery has been left in a safe place – EGV168979 – I am not happy with the location of this parcel! You have left it exposed to the rain when there was a perfectly good carport just a few steps away! I am hours away and it is raining. You can even see it in the photo. Not happy! The items in the parcel are susceptible to damaged from rain!!! This was not a safe place!!!!!

   Don’t use Trackon services for sending electronics like laptop.
   They are not trained with knowledge on
   1. How to pack laptops for courier
   2. How to send laptops for courier even for special courier for laptop only service.
   3. Laptop got completely broken from the hinges and sides shattered this is how your laptop will reach you . For claiming the insurance from them which took 10-12 days after repair bill was provided,I had to struggle to get my laptop fixed but was questioned alot saying your bill lack serial number this and that.
   4. My lenovo tablet also got damaged similar way but there was no insurance cover for it so I couldn’t reimburse the tablet(repair cost : 6-7000/-)
   5. I had to get duplicate body part installed in my laptop which costed just around 3500/- even then they questioned me so much about bill before communication turned a little negative with the courier guy.
   6. The courier guy agreed to transfer the amount after few days and he googlepayed me 3500/- for the duplicate replacement.
   Still my tablet broken in shackles costs me 6000-7000/- .
   One request to Trackon guys is : please don’t cross question too much when your services has created a loss for him, just reimburse the repair amount and correct your mistake.

   We have used Cotswold Transport on several occasions and found them to be extremely professional, polite, with great attention to detail. An excellent service at a very affordable price. We can highly recommend their service.

   Ordered a package from a store in Toronto Ontario to be shipped to my home in Midland Ontario. It went to the Mississauga hub only to be shipped to Calgary Alberta, and delayed one week to make its way back to Ontario. Way to go, geniuses. Thanks for ruining a birthday present for my relative.
