   It doesn’t matter what time I come, it will always take way too long to get out of here. One customer or twenty, the employees move like molasses without even a hint of urgency. No sorry for the wait or I’ll be right with you. Just avoiding eye contact until they can mumble at you next. If where I shopped didn’t require FedEx labels I’d be at UPS.

   when to there try to open box, and the owner ask do i have package come. i say yes. maybe 1 week only like 5 small package. he say no . i can’t open box there, he say mail only. ups sure close this store.

   The staff is friendly and nice! The reason for the 2 star rating is FedEx in general has a lack of integrated systems; I setup all of my shipments online with the web tool & my FedEx account, and would like to be able to come here and sign in and print sticker labels for fastest processing… Not an option. They have a self serve station, with a paper printer (you still have to deal with the airbill sleeves) and if that’s not working then you have to have them build the shipment in their internal system and they have no way of giving you the 15% discount you get for using the web tool. FedEx is sooo close to being awesome…

   I deal with this company a couple times a day everyday. The Divers are good dedicated employees. The Management cares about their Company and their Service.
