    I drop in occasionally to ship items that I’m returning or that I sold online. Every time the staff has a can do attitude and they volunteer to tape the box up, put on the shipping label, etc. This is how customer service should be. Highly recommended.

    Been here twice and the girl has waited on me twice..she is so rude that I won’t return ever again..if you don’t like working then don’t work..this girl needs to work on customer skills..

    I Matt’s Moving! So much less stressful, thanks to my movers, Luke and James.They were professional, friendly, and did the job swiftly and well.
    Bonus: Matt’s was about $200 less than what I was expecting to pay, only because I wasn’t listening when they gave me a quote. I was expecting to pay more based on a previous move with a different company.
    I definitely recommend and will hire for my next move.

    The team was efficient, polite, professional, careful with my belongings, and so easy to deal with!! I am so thrilled that they made the unloading of my PODS SO EASY! Very communicative throughout the moving reservation, changing dates over and over due to construction issues…very understanding and accommodating.

    The driver called me in the morning to give me an accurate arrival time. When they arrived we sat didn’t and he went over everything i n fetal so I could understand. The team worked quickly and treated my possessions and the walls with care. When everything was packed they cleaned up and left the place looking good.
