How the hell should I track my parcel using the fricking bar code… There is no option to scan the barcode. I don’t get why this company doesn’t provide a tracking number instead of barcode
An order delivery was planned from La Redute nº 0222866261710, which I was informed would be delivered today between 11.30 am and 12.30 pm. So far it has not happened. I have URGENCY IN IT. I need information.
Very quick, efficient and professional. They packed and shipped our household goods. Were careful when packing and unloading all of the boxes and the truck. Our packing team (Jamie & Lacey) were always on time and courteous, they were careful when packing and double checked to make sure they weren’t packing anything they shouldn’t.
Jamie, P.J., Lane and Koko were our unloading team. They made quick work if it and were careful and courteous.
I’m a freight forwarder. I have talked to them several times with different representatives – and there customer service is HORRIBLE and they are too lazy to trace the vessel or give information about it. All of them had heavy English accent which can be hardly understood and some of them shouted over the phone when I asked the vessel information. They need to fix their customer service center.
The movers contacted me early to let me know they would be there, communication was good throughout the process. The truck I rented was going to be crammed full, and they rearranged items as we went to ensure every item was packed for my move. They hustled the entire time and were able to load in the 2 hour minimum. Reccomend for future use.
Being told I was getting one service and getting less than what I paid for. Person there entered wrong address on label so not only was it not there on day I expect. It took an extra week to get there. Staff needs better training. Ended up coating almost double what I was told.
