    On occasion I travel to out to Stouffville. Having heard of Front Porch Refillery I thought I would give the products a try while out in that area.
    First, pick up was perfect. Got there and everything ordered online was out on front porch! So easy!
    Second, products were wonderful! Not only great quality but refillable! Great idea!

    This is the worst company you can call!!!
    The Operation Manager Robert provided bad estimate several hours off the movers smoked weed in my driveway after arriving an hour late and tried to weasle their way outta doing their job.
    Thier was no explanation for any of it from anyone in the office.

    Can’t leave zero stars, so 1 it is. They lost 1 package that was loaded on a truck December 5, never to be seen again. They loaded 2 more big packages on 12/20 (they were supposed to arrive by 12/19, but whatever) and for the last 3 days the tracking info says delivery exception…and tonight it says it will be delivered the next business day but they list that day as December 26!!! These items shipped out from the manufacturer on December 14!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! if you can NOT do your job, which is to deliver packages in a timely manner, then GET OUT OF THE SHIPPING BUSINESS! Website says they’re open 24 hours, customer service said their station is closed & they’ll open on Monday 12/24. Are you KIDDING me?!?! Ridiculous.

    10/10 I used Dominic from MiMi’s to transport my dog from Seattle to Connecticut. Dominic was extremely responsive the entire time and a real pleasure to work with. Our dog arrived quickly, healthy, and happy.

    I was literally home, waiting for my delivery. Then got a notification that my door/driveway was inaccessible. Which is funny, since we have no gate and nothing blocking our front door. Y’all need to stop being lazy.
