    Not a good place to work for. My husband used to work for this company but his truck kept breaking down and communication was lacking about what he should do next. After a few days of no word from anyone he decided to count his losses and find something else. Beware if you work for this place their communication skills are VERY lacking!!!

    Great Job Loading! Had a driver here for a 13:00 apt he arrived early 9:45am was put in a dock & loaded almost immediately headed to Billings MT! Thanks Yall!!
    I am back 2 weeks later same deal and what, the product is not ready and we wait after an 11am appointment we are finally loaded and rolling at 4pm!! Hey what about my good rating well it dropped a couple stars but in 2 weeks we will see if we can improve it again!! Maybe a broker issue!? Triple B Transport

    This has to be the worst post office in the whole country!! I was expecting a package on March 11, 2019 and I was anxiously waiting for it by the door when next thing you know I get a notification by USPS that my package was delivered!?? That was completely impossible because the post man never stopped by my mom’s house. I waited for about another hour because I thought there could have been a glitch in the system or something until I decided to go in person to this post office. I waited until it was my turn to head to speak with the cashier. The cashier asked for my tracking# and I gave it to her and she said it was delivered. I told her what had happened and she asked for my ID and then she said that my ID didn’t match the delivery address and I told her that I had the package delivered to my mom’s house since I’m currently on spring break. She gave me the nastiest attitude and said something under her breath. She went back to look for the package and I waited for about 15 min until she came back and said she couldn’t find it. She now asked for me to write my name, number and the tracking# on a sheet of paper so they could call me if they found my package. I let her know that this particular post office always delays my packages or always leave a note saying that the post man cannot access my mom’s house when he clearly can because my mom’s house has no obstructed entrance. She gave me a smirk and I gave her on back and I let her know that she was extremely rude.

    The customer service was very professional! They greeted me nicely, serviced my needs and asked me if needed any stamps or other supplies! I realize it gets busy in there esp during holiday season but they still smile and greet you very pleasantly and get all your needs fulfilled!
