worst logistic company seen ever
Hired centaur movers based on great reviews and they totally delivered. Very professional and friendly; completed my entire move (for a large-ish 1bedroom) in two hours. They handled all my stuff with care and solved a couple of issues with big items not fitting through doors efficiently. The quote was very reasonable too.

I have tried FIVE separate times to have my package delivered to my residence and every time there’s no knock, no indication of their arrival and they dont even TRY to get my signature. It’s very frustrating and I know right now with Covid-19 things are stressful but this is blatant negligence/laziness to not even ATTEMPT to procure a signature to get my package. I’ve filed a case with customer service, I’ve scheduled to pick it up at this post office and they dont even have a direct phone # to contact them beyond the company one. This is ridiculous.
if you’re trying to get in like owner operation , it is almost impossible to enter to the company because they have a monopoly controlled by the older drivers. They paying Cindy to control who’s can enter or does not enter. only they can put their own drivers to works for their trucks.
Super helpful staff. Google needs to update the directions though with the construction. You have to go in the side street with the McDonald’s and follow it behind the Aldi. Went in with a mistaken package, and they were kind enough to help me package the product and gave me directions to the FedEx where it turned out I was supposed to go. Will definitely be using them in the future.
