Great experience overall. Richard was very quick to respond and very accommodating when I needed to change my scheduled appointment. Dan was very communicative with scheduling. The movers, Anthony and Michael were very professional and personable and had great attitudes the whole time, while unloading and moving everything from a very full U-Haul to a 3rd floor apartment, with a loft! They were very respectful and careful handling all of our belongings. And they were even willing to come back the next day to help me move some heavy things around that I had changed my mind as to where I wanted them. Great reliable service! Thank you guys!!!
I had two bed room unit and I told about the all my belongs. I requested qoute for 6 ton truck and the provided qoute 4.5 ton truck because of our belongings. Before they charged 1540 + GST including disassembling bedframe. And later I got discount from Mary that will be 1500 inc GST with bed disassebling.
When Norman and his bother guy came they told they will not disasseble bed as in final email did not mention it. Then i called I Move customer care and Mary refused to talk and another represntative told me. Mary told 1500 without disassebling bed which is a lie.
Then i has to pay extra 100 for disassesbling bed.
Next Normsm informed his truck will not fit all furniture and they left more than 10 items. They told me lie that their truck is bigger than 5 tone.
Also they put my sofa on road concrete which caused scratch on my sofa.
I moved to a temporarily location so I arranged another removalist who fit all my furniture in 4.5 tone truck.
Gorgie is worst customer service I faced. And she wanted to charge me extra 180 dollar for bed assessble and bubble wrap. I called her more then 6 times to get final receipt. She mostly say she is going to send it but not.
This it she worse removalist I used. And never going to use their service again.
