   I am suppose to recieve a package from Syria on Monday but it is election day. The telephone number made by the sender is not my cel phone number. I will be available on Tuesday since monday is an election day. The address is my office address. No work on Monday. Please inform the diplomat. Thanks.

   Rude staff who insult customers and refuse to help. Lady didn’t want to get out of her chair to retrieve an item (that I paid for online) from a different window. She told me that they didn’t have the item. I told her I could see it in the other window. She then looked, and told me that they didn’t have it. I asked a different employee and she handed it to the lady helping me. Basically she didn’t want to get up from her chair. Afterwards she refused to let me use a label cover to put my label on the priority mail package and said I had to use scotch tape, but I should have done that before I got there……yet I had to get the package from the counter at the post office, so it would have been impossible to do it before I got there.
   TLDR: Rude customer service, lazy staff, and more expensive than FedEx or UPS.

   My first time ever needing to return a package and the lady at the desk was not friendly about me not knowing how to and that there was a charge. Made a snide comment about needing back up to help her with the line, It was clear she was trying to say I was holding up the line. I had an account number and she kept saying that number means nothing to me to the point where I had to say let’s forget the number! . I usually don’t leave reviews but this is one place in TH I’ve never been and my first experience was garbage.

   I went in yesterday and today to send a few important documents. Craig helped me yesterday and Rick this afternoon – both were so helpful that it was the best service I’ve ever at at this location.
