    I had a simple question about why DPS has to reopen my taped package for shipping to see what was inside and was told this is what we do, and I could always go somewhere else. The owner could have simply explained her purpose. I WILL go elsewhere! Very rude service.

    THIS DPS courier office IS THE SLOWEST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!!!!!!! They have a SIGN that says they will wait on you in 5 MINUTES or LESS…..NO WAY THAT WILL EVER OR HAS EVER HAPPENED!!!

    Friendly but watch out! DPS’s deposits are non-refundable! Most companies will refund if canceled within a reasonable timeframe but not DPS. Be sure you won’t need to cancel or you will lose your deposit period.

    Busy but efficient, I already show up to DPS with prepaid labels, still wait in line so that everything is scanned in & ready to track before I leave/that way not lost in transit before scans especially and even with the longest of long lines out the door I’m out within 15 minutes at the longest and can always choose to use one of multiple drop box locations they have inside or outside the DPS courier office if I don’t prefer to wait on a particular day.
    They are all definitely working as hard & as fast as they can always, and especially so now with the unprecedented times we are in and how poorly I see customers treat them sometimes, they deserve better and all in all the service is absolutely vital to small business owners relying on shipping.
