It has been blocked since July 23 in Oirschot (NL). DPD France tells me that they can’t do anything! What’s going on??
The guys were very professional and polite. Did a great job and stayed a little extra to make sure everything was put where it needed to be. Will be using them again for the next move!
Cool people, helpful but have a bit of attitude sometimes. They Allow only 3 people in at a time, so get ready to wait a while. Afternoons 12-1 and evenings 5-7 are really busy.
I HAD A PACKAGE THAT I CHANGED THE INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE AT DOOR AND THE WHOEVER TRUCK ITS ON MARKED IT READY FOR PICKUP AFTER 430 PM AFTER ITS BEEN OUT FOR DELIVERY SINCE 6AM THE DAY OF DELIVERY. I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE THE NEXT MORNING TO COLLECT MY PACKAGE AND THE DUDE WAS LIKE THE GUY MUST HAVE MISSCANNED IT BUT HE KNOWS HE TOOK IT ON THE TRUCK TODAY. SO HOW CAN HE HAVE IT ON THE TRUCK IF THE TRACKING UPDATE HASNT BEEN UPDATED AND WHY IS IT STILL MARKED READY FOR PICKUP BUT NOT AT THE POST OFFICE. I DONT CARE HOW LOW STAFF THE PEOPLE ARE AT LEAST HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT LAZY AND KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AT LEAST. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I ACTUALLY HAD TO SHOW UP TO THIS POST OFFICE IN PERSON AND IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN PERSON, AND TO TOP
