    Waiting weeks for parcel, item appears to be missing and keep getting the we are looking for it response.
    Another delivery was to be delivered a week ago, go an sms saying it is coming…. still not here. Filed out web form, still no updates after a few days. (including no tracking updates except it was ‘picked up’ a week ago)
    Call to follow up, after giving my name, by saying my name is Samuel, the operator then asks for my name…. ask for complaints get told no, i must tel her the situation first after insisting she eventually transfers me to her supervisor.
    I have to say it is so annoying dealing with people in their overseas contact centres.
    If i as a customer, can choose who will ship my item when buying from an online business – i will never use couriers please again. (unless the other provider is worse.)

    Matt is one of the best couriers I know. Always make sure my packages are safe, says hi when I’m home and even make the extra effort to make sure it’s at the door not at the gate.

    Thank you to Aayan Transport. I could not recommend them more highly. They moved 2×3 seater lounge suites, relocating them to my daughters house. They were heavy and they had to move them to an upstairs room. It was a difficult job but they went above and beyond to complete the task. Punctual and good communication throughout. Would definitely use them again.

    Been advised that they are deliberately not delivering letters only parcels as there is more profit in it. Not had any mail for 2 weeks. Only received 5% of expected Christmas cards and missed at least 1 Hospital appointment.
    Tried to complain via email but my email was blocked.
    TOTAL DISGRACE.
