    I placed order which arrived with no invoice and no email with order number on. I have emailed customer services several times, with them asking for order number to return 1 item, they still ask for order no and i have stressed so many times it arrived with no documents. I shop with you on a regular basis and getting very stressed now due to this. The item is navy pyjamas purchased in the sale. How do i get this to you And a refund my bank has already paid or i would stop payement i have never experienced any thing in all the time i have shopped with youa valued customer . Please settle this for me i have been trying for weeks.

    This is the only place that they don’t tape your package , employee name Vanessa told me that I have to either buy a tape or extra three dollar charge for her to tape my package , I always return my packages without any tape on to the UPS in District Tustin and they never required me to tape it all the way pretty bad experience not recommended to come here.

    Movers took 4 hours to move a small amount of furniture and belongings to a storage facility that was 5 mins away from the apartment and didn’t properly wrap/secure or store furniture in storage room. Keep in mind, I don’t have much furniture but the basics. They broke one of my decor items. So many negatives. Their work was horrible and made the move longer than it should have. Truck wasn’t big enough, I mean c’mon.. Screvv this place. They charged $900 total, and $200 out of that was a truck fee for their $20 U-haul. Unprofessional rip off. I’m missing lots of screws and bolts, and I have scuffed up and chipped furniture. Lots of furniture and glass wasn’t properly wrapped nor bubble wrapped and I was charged $50 for their supplies. Just moved into my new apartment and went to New City Movers, they were in and out the storage facility within 30 mins. Compared to 1 hour and 30. They took 30 mins and that was WITH Wrapping and securing furniture FREE of charge only because it wasn’t done properly, for those that were wrapped… Sadly they couldn’t put together most furniture because these “movers” lost my bolts and screws. But overall, New city movers were quick, responsible, transparent, productive and efficient. They quoted me 2 hours and price was true to their word. They took 1 hour and 30 mins. All together, it was $650. As for son and father, I will be contacting this “business” for a refund. Horrible experience. I have to sleep with a mattress on the floor now until I figure out where to find everything I need. Thanks
