    On the 19th of December 2022 Monday. I received a whatsapp text that my parcel have arrived from Italy .yes I knew about the parcel but they asking for the payment again saying that is for clearance fees,the worse part is that the account is personal I was sent capitec account.Account holder is Selina Mwengere. I refuse to pay because the sender paid for the shipment already .unfortunately I knew the process bcos it was not my first time receiving parcel from outside the country, I went to the airport my parcel was there I then received it without any payment. And they don’t have anyone called Selina working there.So my people don’t fall for that is a scam

    I have noticed they were issuing the same tracking no and the waybill no for the packages to deliver different locations. Even i have also asked to pay $550 to receive it. After few days i have checked they use the same tracking no to other person. So it is completely fake. One tracking number and the waybill number can be used for one particular package/parcel.

    On April 5th I received an email from one of the courier companies about a package sent from Thailand by my relative, my relative said he had already paid for the package, but why did the package company ask me to pay again in Indonesian currency to carry out the delivery?     Don’t have any business with DOORSTEP EXPRESS! We have one load with them and it a first and lost one!!! So I send the email to the carrier support team and they can’t even receive any of emails from any company!! WE WOUNT BE ABLE TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN WITH SUCH COMPANY LIKE DOORSTEP EXPRESS!!!     My package was marked as delivered from the DOORSTEP EXPRESS office without it being delivered.
    Update: It was delivered to a neighbor. My address is clearly labeled. I recommend checking the address for your delivery instead of just guessing. There was chocolate in the package that melted after sitting in the sun for several hours.
    I did reach out to support for the issue. They got back to me and indicated that the driver was in the appropriate location when the package was marked as delivered and I should contact the product vendor for further assistance.

    We used DOORSTEP EXPRESS for our move from Denver to Bluffton, SC. They were very helpful, responsive and transparent. We ran into a bit of a delay getting into our new home in SC and they helped figure out a solution. Their packing crew and loading crew were some of the hardest workers and took pride in their work.
