Sales staff was fine. Movers would have gotten a 5 star for price and effort. My Amazon FireStick went missing, and I chalked this up to just losing small stuff in the move. That was until the FireStick I supposedly lost ordered several movies on my account. I confirmed this was the same device with Amazon and they deactivated the device. Bonus points for having the patience to wait 4 months to try and steal more from me, though.
I shipped few boxes on 5th of September. But they were delivered on December 5th. Some food items are already expired. Do not trust the delivery dates they say.
I sent a very important parcel on the 20th December and it was only that I followed up the person I had sent it to, that I found out Fastway didn’t even delivery it. Now it’s finally been found and delivered over a month later and I wasn’t even called with an explanation or an apology. Appalling service to a customer that has used Fastway on the Sunshine Coast successfully for over 10 years and now that I’m in Brisbane, I get treated like this.
Great team, always appreciate all they do for me !!! This can be a stressful job try to be a little more understanding and polite to them.
I found the team to be pretty quick. We ended up losing one of our team members but worked out very well in the end.

The driver wrote on the card he came at 11h30 but he came a 10h50 i was home at 11h30 write the right time now i have to do an hour trip to pickup my package they didn’t retried to see if i was home
