I am asking about packages from the United States sent by my sister.
I’m trying to get ahold of DOMA Shipping and I can’t seem to. On hold for 45 minutes. They shipped packages meant for four different addresses to my address. Thankfully one is a business. Had to call the business, while still on hold, they’re sending someone to pick up the package. Absolutely crazy that they’re taking over an hour out of my day to do their job for them.
How about you actually stick to your open hours…. if it says 6:30 don’t close at 6:15. Rude person running DOMA Shipping… arguing with other business owners in the parking lot is really classy.
The DOMA Shipping staff was very helpful during our move. I needed to get into my PODS in a tight time frame between it arriving at their facility and going out of town. They kept me informed and even helped me get them open when I was having issues. General customer service was good, but we had an even better experience with the DOMA Shipping team specifically.
