   Can’t sleep on the property
   Parking is either blindsided or you have to find a way and turn somehow, somewhere.
   Employees are nit the friendliest (forklift operator).

   I don’t understand all the one-star kvetchers (complainers). If they don’t like this UPS facility, they should go to the US Post Office. If they want to kvetch, the subway is a great target, as it seriously sucks (call 311 every day, please.) As for UPS 5526 at 315 Flatbush Ave: If you notice the huge pile of boxes for return and forward shipments that people drop off here during the course of the day (pick-up is around 4:00 pm), you’ll realize just how many people in the neighborhood are dependent on, and trust, this tiny place. Yes, there are lines at certain times, but no lines at others. But if you can find the local US post office, there are lines there to. And in my experience (I’m 70 y/o), the overall USPS experience in Brooklyn–especially the delays, wrong deliveries, violent treatment of packages and other hard-to-imagine-anything-so-lame errors–is consistently worse than that at this UPS service center. Attention all impatient, self-righteous kvetchers: put yourself in these employees’ shoes for a moment. And remember this bit of common sense: human beings react better when they’re treated with respect and offered a smile or a joke, 98% of the time.

   Transported a car from FL to MA. Melissa was excellent and made this process very easy. The transportation driver was even very friendly.

   I had packages that said where delivered in mailbox. That wasn’t there. Tried to ask the carrier. Who just ignored me. Had to drive to the office to locate missing packages, on more then one occasion.
   I’ve never had so many problems with mail. After moving, to this area. I’m better off picking up my mail from my parents house.
