   Tell you what you want to hear. Very smooth talking. Fellow said he had been with this ‘family’ company 20 years, would take very good care, understood – after three phone calls no less- that my mint condition horse drawn buggy was to be transported Inside a fully enclosed trailer and Not exposed to the elements. So, he had it put on top one of those semi-truck car hauler trailers. When I found out he claimed he had never talked to me, that I had never asked for it to be in an enclosed trailer, that since it did not specifically state on the contract that it would be in a fully enclosed, please note that it didn’t say open car hauler either, that I was to expect to get an open trailer. Then said if I were to call my credit card company that he would refuse to deliver. Also said that these were his trucks/trailers. Not true. Job was brokered out. The folks that actually did the job were great and tried to protect buggy. Buggy did arrive damaged. Of course AAA Anytime Transport will not take responsibility.

   Worst service. The package gets scanned as delivered when the y hasn’t even stepped foot into the office. People need to call and complaint so maybe they can do something about this facility.

   Soft touch moving helped me with my move on Saturday. They arrived on time and packed everything up safely. They were very polite and answered all my questions beforehand. They even finished before the estimated time. I will definitely use them again whenever I move in the future! Thanks.

   This is the second time we used Mr. Small Move, and this time requested the same gentlemen – Tiny, Lonnie, Dewayne and Quincy. They were very professional and took great care in loading, unloading, and setting up our furniture and valuables. They even remembered which furniture went in which room, which I even had trouble remembering! Friendly, courteous, and again professional. I highly recommend!
