    Hi I had very bad experience today by the staff the manager has very bad behaviour and very bad attitude which i didn’t like it after I booked the manager changed the price suddenly…the driver and the helpers r very good and polite only the manager is worst no proper response they say they will call us back back but they won’t…no proper responsibly

    The closing times are wrong on google closes at 5pm and not at 5:30 as displayed, the attendant could of been pleasant and more helpful.

    I booked back in February 2022 for a relocation to Barcelona on Wednesday 6th April. I barely hear from the company until that morning. I hear that apparently their van broke down and they couldn’t get to Manchester. I was told that they would come on the Friday (I was flying on the Sunday!) and of course, the day comes and no one arrives, no one rings me, no one lets me know what is happening. I had to keep chasing, messaging and ringing and eventually they tell me that they can’t come to me, but they might be able to do the week after. I have never dealt with a less reliable company. Moving country is stressful enough, but having a company expect me and my family to delay flights, not answer my calls, not find a solution for me is totally unacceptable. What’s worse is that having then found a company that with LESS than 24 hours notice could do my move on the Saturday and having to pay more money that I had and that I had budgeted, I was guaranteed by Dean, the owner, a full refund. Again, no offer to cover any additional costs I had to incur or no real offer of any solution. I obviously asked for the refund to be same day BACS transfer on the Friday, as I just had to pay over the odds for another (actual decent and professional company). Dean said that that would be fine, but on Monday 11th April, only after chasing this payment that never materialised, I was asked to provide my bank details. I asked for proof of the money being sent back, but I got no response. After nearly a week of chasing and having to get external help, on Thursday morning, I received my money back. This whole experience was extremely stressful for me, so I wouldn’t use this company and I am unable to recommend them.
