Great company, customer oriented, take great care of personal belongings. On top of that, they work fast to wrap, pack, and load! Highly recommended!
Price was fair & delivery made promptly when scheduled. First season using them so I cannot yet comment on quality of pellets. So far, seems fine.
The men who came to help us move were amazing! Very professional, friendly, and hard workers. Every time I offered to help or even lift one item I was gently reminded that I was paying for their time and they would take care of everything. The team was efficient and effective and were done within the estimated time. Then, I asked them to do a little more which they gladly obliged and I gladly paid for. Great company! I highly recommend! Five stars team!!
Updated Review: I am only updating this because Donna (customer resolution) reached out to me within 24 hrs, and began working on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of.
They never call back, Bait and switch for pricing. Not sure when our stuff will arrive. The worst experience ever. Do not trust this company. They subcontract to local people and always under quote you. Still have not called back to let me know when my stuff will arrive. Everytime you call their customer service their Dispatch team is not available and we never get a callback.
Whatever you do, do not under any circumstances give your email or phone number to American Auto Shipping. I made the mistake of doing this, and within only a few hours, my cell phone and email inbox were absolutely bombarded with extremely aggressive solicitations from multiple car shipping companies all over the country. They called, text-messaged, and emailed in the evening, in the middle of the night, in the morning, etc.
