   God I hate FedEx!!!!! I specifically don’t buy from anyone who ships by fedex, but sometimes it can’t be helped. Every time I order from them, they won’t leave the package, and I have to chase around town to get it. Today is typical, my wife staid home from work to be here to sign for a new phone, and I come home for lunch and there is one of their door tags on the front door. There is NO WAY they could have rung the doorbell and she not hear it, and I have one of those doorbell cameras that ring on my cell phone, which didn’t happen.

   It started with misplacing 5 sofa cushions and we had to pester them for month to come back to our storage unit to find them. The final part of the move they were told to take highway 60 to be able to access our road in the winter. We had also been promised that they would send their smaller size truck, which they ignored and send out their bigger truck, which can’t come down our road even in the summer month. They ended up getting stuck in a snowbank because the driver ignored our instructions and took a different route. They sat their for 4 1/2 hours and instead of absorbing or sharing the cost of their mistake they charged us the full amount. They never completed the move. Our only mistake was paying them in full. We made at least 2 phone calls to John the owner to resolve. Our phone calls were totally ignored.
   We would never recommend them to anyone.
