   Lovely team always helpful. They are normally over run with customers when I am there. They do the best under what must be very trying circumstances at times.

   If I could give this company a 0 star I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I never leave reviews, but I had to for this as I do not want anyone to be in the same position I was. I booked for the truck to come between 11am-2pm. It was 2.30pm and I had not heard anything from them- so I rang them- a lady said “they had been in a car accident” so they were going to send another truck out. Would be there in a few hours. They came a few hours later, went inside the house, said they would inspect the back, THEY GOT IN THE VAN AND NEVER CAME BACK! Bear in mind- we literally had an empty house with only 5 THINGS TO MOVE! A fridge, washing machine, dryer, coffee table and bed. We had moved everything else ourselves during the day waiting around for them.
   We watched them drive off and leave without saying anything. My family and I all took the day off work to do this. We have lost so much money. No communication- no anything! The lady we rang seemed to not care an inch. Was completely disgusting on the phone. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK.

   Excellent service. Fast, communicative, and when they encountered an issue with my previous apartment building (through NO fault of theirs), they still stepped in and made it right. Gotta love a company with integrity.

   worst courier service in malaysia with bad support and worst customer service and sales person. Should never try their service.
   They have changed now. Their service is pretty good and i m very satisfied with their service now.

   I absolutely love this company they where super friendly and took care of my furniture! I highly recommend them…. They deserve a 10 star rating !!!!
