I am very satisfied how JJD Parcel organized my move to Chicago last week. I had prepared almost 30 big boxes, so I needed a spacious truck to accommodate everything. The guys came to re-check the volume a day before they sent a truck. They also signed and numbered all the boxes to make it easier to deliver without losses. All passed well, and my possessions arrived without any complaints.
Moved our office this week, and the JJD Parcel moving team we had did an amazing job.

We have been getting our freight dropped off from JJD Parcel for a while now. At first it used to irritate me that they never carried fork lift jack. We ALWAYS had to use our fork lift to lift it up into their truck. I got over that as I understand it’s how they operate, but they always helped shuffle them from the front to the back. This last driver, as soon as he saw the lift get picked up by the fork lift he bailed back in to his A/C cooled cab. He didn’t check on us once. I thought that was complete laziness. And also I could have grabbed another pallet of drums from him and he would not have noticed.
Horrendous experience. Overnight shipping that took 10 days, repeated statements that the package was on the truck or out for delivery, and admittance their tracking number doesn’t actually help locate a package. I ultimately spent $625 to replace the item I shipped because it was so delayed when I needed it delivered quickly. I will never use JJD Parcel again.
