    Just finished a move with Wonder Movers Glendale, team- It went really well!! They finished in 1.5 hours (moving a bedroom/kitchen worth of stuff out of my 5th floor walk up, and into my new apartment down the street. Everything went super smoothly- They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and didn’t complain about the walk up! Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!!

    Have been shipping with UPS for awhile especially at this location. Took some time off and now I’m back to shipping.
    Upon arrival, there was a whole new owner/management.
    First time it was fine, the guy helped me out and was done.
    Second time… was a whole different issue. It took like 10-15 minutes just to be helped as the lady employee was just walking around (looked clueless as to what she’s doing). I had to teach her how to print paper from the computer as I told her to print it on 1 side and not back to back. She ends up doing it back to back… I tell her and explain why I need it the way I do and she kind of made an “ugh” type of reaction. So I had the top part of the box open so I could put a sheet inside which was printed at the store. She ends up telling me to sign sheets in which I have already signed for it while she’s holding it and telling me this…. furthermore, she mentions that she charges to tape the top part of my box up (two pieces of tape)… I then repeat what she said and she says yes (rudely).
    As I’m watching her tape the TOP of the box up, she ends up taping every corner of the box where it’s hanging without even sticking the tape down..
    Then I get slapped with a $3 fee for printing 4/5 sheets and this “tape” service (never paid more than 1.50 to print the EXACT same sheets).
    I haven’t EVER experienced this issue in the past with the previous owners. I work as a manager in retail plus ship items frequently and I know this wasn’t proper customer service at all. I’ll honestly just have to prepare my packages beforehand or just use another UPS close by.

    Come on la, please state your pick up time properly, Friday I go say close at 12pm, next week Monday I go say close 3pm, Tuesday I go say 1pm close. U all like to open at what time, close at work time please state properly the time la, go few times different time close.
