   If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. This was the most unprofessional move I’ve ever experienced. The 2 guys that showed up were on the phone a lot for people who were supposed to be working. They had a 26 ft truck for a small basement apartment and basically left the truck half full, we ended up having to waste 2 whole days moving the rest of our boxes because they refused to take anymore. On top of that said basement took them 4+ hours to move,the estimate was 4 hours including 1 hour drive time. They carryied EVERYTHING up the stairs together like small end tables that I as a woman can lift one handed. Then it took them over an hour to reach the new place 20 mins across town. Once there in an apartment building now mind you, they were not filling the service elevator nope they were loading one thing on the dolly at a time it took them 4 hours to offload. They broke the microwave plate, one guy came into the new place carrying our toaster oven by the cord, they scratched the floors, they ripped open our futon. Now ladies and gentlemen payment time…. a quote of 500 turned into 1300.00. We were charged for tools , yet they had no tools to take things apart we had to search through the truck to open our boxes to find some, so 50.00 to use our own things how kind, we were also charged for 11 hours last I checked 4 plus 4 is 8. So now apparently it’s drive time charges please explain how a brampton company charges 4 hours drive time when the move is in brampton to brampton. Please please save yourselves the headache, call Two men and a Truck your experience will be 100% better…. leave it to the experts if you will

   Very professional firm who I would recommend to anyone looking to move house. Hilary visited our house before the move to work out what was needed and to give us a quote, which was competitive.
   On the day the lads who moved us were brilliant. They arrived just before 8.30am, 5 Guys in 2 massive vans. All our stuff moved quickly and placed in the right room in our new house.
   If I ever move again I will definitely use Eckersley’s. They were superb.

   Josh and his team were timely, prompt and efficient. This is the first time we have hired a mover and we were very pleased. Josh was true to his word- he made our out of town move easy and with zero damage to our chattels.

   Useless courier service, they won’t deliver ur parcel, will not answer ur calls and above all without intimating either receiver or the sender they return the parcel back.

   They have moved our family numerous times, and we have never used anyone else since we have had such a positive experience. Their prompt, efficient, and affordable service made working with them a pleasure. They put us at ease immediately, and we have never regretted choosing them. Thanks for being so reliable!
