    On June 13, we received at our home in McKinney the crew from your company ABC Movers Dallas to perform the service we had requested.
    It was very evident from the start that the crew (3 people) was not working as a team. It looks like the foreman was not really under control at all times.
    One of the workers was evidently inexperience, although he was a very hard worker.
    This lack of team work make the loading very inefficient taking what we believed a lot longer than expected (over 2 hrs). This was also affected by the fact that one of the workers was either sick or doing something and had to spend a very long time in the restroom (20-30 min). The same worker was continuously telling us that he did not agree in the way the process was being handled and that in his opinion it could be done much faster and efficiently.
    After all this situation, we finally left our home around 11:30 am in direction to Rockwall. This trip took them over an hour under no traffic whatsoever. This trip should have taken around 45 to 50 min, but they indicated they had stopped to get some drinks.
    When they finally arrived and started unloading, the lack of coordination and cooperation among the crew was even more remarkable to the point that we really had to complain and asked them to cooperate and solve their issues somewhere else. One of the members ( same that was complaining during loading) was even reluctant to help handle the two recliners since he indicated that the other two were not properly handling the goods in general and were bound to damage them, which they ended up doing.
    At the end, they damaged our leather electric recliner sofa, since the crew did not handle with care and enough coordination and help.
    This was unacceptable, the total time was excessive due to the lack of experience, coordination and cooperation of the crew this company sent. We pay more than $700 for a 2 bedroom townhome, and not satisfaction at all.
    As today our claim has not been resolved. We do not recommend this company.
    We will not using them again.
