   4.5 if I could. I had a delayed order and needed some assistance, thankfully Angus was free and helped me get the help I needed. Very friendly customer service, even if I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time, but this is a once off occasion. Will definitely continue using grassdoor for all my needs.

   The contact person won’t receive the calls itself and if will ask something then he will tell something else. He will say we can’t do that.

   they forced me to write this, dont know yet about their services (end result about to come) but their employees dont know how to talk, even though i am suggesting you (Staff) not to do it again with anyone neither you will have to reap worst than you sow.

   Shocking, shocking service. I used to be a loyal patron of this store, the staff were really friendly and helpful all the time. However, I feel really betrayed by the staff working today.
   In the past I have put large amounts of money in my own account by doing several transactions as there is no daily transaction limit. To my disappointment, the staff on duty denied me doing this despite doing it in the past. Don’t trust the people working here, they have zero loyalty to customers.
   Shame on you

   i asked them via website ticket if they could have the delivery person text me when he arrives. This was after the delivery person was already out and dispatched. The ticket was resolved and the instructions were followed within the few hours after. Great job
