   They quoted us 600 and then billed us over a 1000. They did a fine job moving items but are much more expensive than they initially appear. I won’t use again due to the significant price discrepancies.

   If I could give negative stars I would!! They delivered a refrigerator and the water did not work(hopefully not their fault). I called and let them know so we made a appointment for the repair man to come out. The repairman called and said he couldn’t find the house so I texted him the address. After a hour I texted him back but to no avail. So I called Barlow’s and was told he showed up but no one answered the door. So he left. We are in the middle of a remodel and the front door is wide open. I asked numerous times what did the front door of the house look like that he knocked on and was just told he was there and no one answered. Hopefully no one else has to deal with them!!??

   Not enough room to write all the horrible experiences I’ve had with this office and service. It would help if they ever bothered to pick up their phone to try to resolve some of them. Have to go to the Post Office General EVERY time so they file a location report to get the problem resolved.

   Never get anything fix on trucks. Also if you like to be ask and your phone blown up by dispatch when you are on your hometime wanting you to leave early this is the place for you!
