My package was put into a box, but the key did not work to open the box. Called in to speak with someone at Der Kurier and had to sit on hold for 20 minutes. This place has ALWAYS been terrible. They try hard, but honestly need more staff as quality of your product suffers.
We have used Der Kurier multiple times and they are always on time, very productive and go above and beyond to make sure everything gets done. Love them!!!
Noah from Der Kurier was great to work with, very punctual and protected my furniture without asking. I hired a 3 man crew, very nice and accommodating!!! I plan on using Der Kurier again!!! And highly recommend them.
Very horrible experience. My package was supposed to be here January 14 and until today I haven’t gotten nothing. Der Kurier called me yesterday that my package was there to go before 12. I went and they told me it wasn’t there. I tracked it and it says delivery status not updated since January 14. I’ve called and haven’t been able to get a hold of them. I’ve emailed Amazon and they’ve been trying to help me out. Supposedly Der Kurier had come January 14 @ 8:30am and had a delivery attempted but they never came and knocked because my dad had left at that time to work and every time I heard a knock I would check if it was at my door. I don’t know what to do anymore, it’s frustrating.
