    My sister recently used Dell’s local relocation services within Milperra and was happy with their efficient work – everything went according to schedule and nothing got damaged in transit as it does sometimes during long-distance moves which is why she recommended them to my mom who also hired them right away after seeing how well they handled her daughter’s move.     Really unhelpful and unfriendly service from Dell.
    I called before going in to double check they could print a label off for me and they said they could. When I got there, I was told that I needed to go elsewhere and the female staff member was totally unhelpful.
    No apology or help was provided when I asked which branch I needed to go to instead.
    Absolute waste of my time, will not go there again.

    Great staff, Dell operations manager hooked me up with all the cartons I need for my move, and the owner Mike had no problems with giving me more cartons and tape for my move.

    I started to work for Dell company few months ago. At the time of hiring they promised me that you will get raise after 2 months of 2 cents and as soon as you get fast card you will get 2 cent raise again. After 3 months without any notice they decided to pay 1 cent less. Also they promised layover $100 and started to pay $75 and $50 without any notice. They don’t care about drivers and you are just nothing for them. They make drivers pay $50 for insurance every month. Dispatch will never process waiting times for drivers and even miss layovers. Every payday you have to see Driver Relation manager because they miss your layovers and waiting times. If you are getting new truck they will charge cleaning fees from drivers of $80 each if driving in team even if truck is clean. When I was hired I was told that you are only going to California but later dispatch push you to go BC Vancouver and make you drive on 80 in worst weather conditions. This company will deduct money if you drive on highway 40 instead of 80. They do have new trucks but they don’t respect time of drivers. If you are driving to California on team you will never come back in 6 days. If you refuse that you are not feeling comfortable to drive Winnipeg because of weather they will ask you to resign.
    On Kijiji ad they have mentioned that they have TORONTO to LA TERMINAL switches it’s all lies. There is nothing like that available with this company. At LA Terminal you have to wait 12-18 hours for pickup and they make you do city work there. No guarantee on miles. It’s all lies whatever they promise you at the time of hiring.
    And once you quit you should return all equipment they gave you e.g. ID card, scanner, and car parking sticker if you fail to do so you will see deduction $500 to $600 in your last pay cheque.
    I would not recommend drivers to work for this company, it’s all waste of time. Good luck.

    Just followed a Dell truck from Listowel to Mitchell, whoever is driving that truck needs to go back to driving school, someone is going to get seriously hurt.
