    I just came from this location, which I frequent. There was a employee there that made a big deal about the fact that I was using office tape (non Priority). He told me they were out and that I needed to buy some. When I went over to look for some, I saw some clear tape available and asked if I could use that. Clearly; he wanted me to buy a role of tape to send a return that I had a free printing label for; so he watched and made several comments as I prepared my package. He seemed to be really bothered by the fact that I had used 3 strips of tape. He went on about how I should save tape for other customers because my package was free. REALLY! After I told him, he must be bored, he continued. In all actuality; I had already paid for shipping and because I was dissatisfied, I shouldn’t have to pay it again. This type of pettiness is unfortunate. I also didn’t appreciate the production in front of other customers.

    I order my package on August 28th, 2021. It said my order been delivered on September 2nd, which I never received nor was notified by The children’s place. Then couple days later said it was reroute to an incorrect location. Now it’s a lil over a month and I haven’t received my order through this company. Children’s Place please stop using this company because either they lost my package or they stole them. I mean it was just my daughters school uniforms. Lasership is the worst!!!!!

    Tried calling them to ask the lobby hours because I know the lobby isn’t open till 9:30 but when I called I couldn’t even talk to a real person trying for like 20 minutes and when I ask the automated machine for their hours, they gave me the same hours as I saw on the page as displayed hours open
