   Contact 1st made with Grant who was very helpful and flexible scheduling a suitable move date and time. On move day Michael & Alessandro were great. They arrived on time after calling ahead to say they were on their way. They handled the move efficiently, with care, offered to wrap fragile items for a very reasonable extra fee. Their vehicle was clean and well equipped with items needed to secure and carefully transfer goods. Their charges were very reasonable for the overall services provided. Very happy with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
   Credit card payment incurred a surcharge of 3% which I found out only the receipt after payment.

   Exceptional customer service from Suzanne and the team at Pack & Send Toowoomba. This year, sending freight has been incredibly challenging, particularly sending goods overseas.
   Suzanne works consistently to provide updates and information to reduce the stress of timely deliveries. The best thing is we can leave items for her team to professionally pack – she has access to all the tools and equipment at her office to make that happen easily.

   I definitely recommend I Heart Movers – a great value and worth every penny. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and everything was moved without a scratch. Great movers!

   Worst services… They are not even sure of what information they give you.. Lazy staff and they try and avoid work as much as possible

   Today I needed to get some documents laminated and binded into a catalogue. I was greeted with smiles and received 5 star service, the two ladies helping out really made the service personal and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this PostNet for any related products and services
