   I have a parcel from USA through USPS, and it has been landed in Delhi on 11th of Oct, even the custom clearance is done, and it is still lying in delhi from past 3days, and there is no where about of my courier. Even I called the customer care even they are not aware of the product. Please let me know the status ASAP.

   Stopped delivering my mail because they claimed I moved. I called them and the Post Master General. He assured me it wouldn’t happen again. It happened a week later.
   Physically handed the final required paperwork for admission into ASU to the Mail Clerk! Months later, the university claimed they never received it. I almost didn’t get into college that semester. It was stressful. Just deliver the mail!

   I went needing a 5×10, the lady told me they had none. She lied to rent out a bigger one to me. I thought that was very dishonest.

   A very important piece of mail got sent to my old address. I called the number and I got an immediate answer. A lady name Flo was very helpful, and attentive to understanding my issue. Later that afternoon, someone call Charlie called me, said that he went to my old address and got me the mail. Waited for me after closing hours and so that I can get their to receive the mail from him. I am very grateful for their work, and for them to go beyond what their job required. I will remember this as one of my good experiences the Shrewsbury community.

   First time using this service, my representative was great, he answered every question in a timely manner. My driver, not so much but I don’t want my driver to reflect off of the great job my representative did. I have reported the driver and they claim they wont be working with this driver again.
