I am waiting for an order that I made through Amazon that was supposed to arrive on December 1. But until now I have not had any news. Could someone please be kind enough to tell me the status?
Amazon MADE shipment with you but it does not give me a tracking number. it only says that I have to contact you
We are a 3rd party carrier, and we have had a wonderful experience every time we deliver or pick up at DDP Delivery Service. We have been up to 8 hours early, and they still allow us to drop off the load. And they usually have an empty trailer ready for us. Guard shake checks you in, and sends you to the shipping/receiving office. Like any other Distribution center, they can be really busy, so be patient and courteous. DDP Delivery Service is by far one of our favorite customers to work for.
To those complaining about this location, keep in mind. This is a Distribution Center, not a drop off location or store. They primarily deal with semis. If you are kind and respectful, they will return the favor. We had to get a recount on a trailer once because of a typo on the bill. A huge pain, however, they pulled two guys to quickly unload, help verify, and recount. Took about 40 minutes, but for a full 53 foot trailer, that is pretty good. Keep it up and see you next delivery!!!
No shipping without DDP Delivery Service boxes. They said I have to put my package in their box as the second box to ship. Finally charged me $7 extra for printing the shipping label and smallest sized box for a pre-labeled shipment.
This DDP DELIVERY SERVICE rocks! The people in the office work very hard, are very friendly and courteous. Now if we can get the carriers to deliver boxes to our house instead of leaving a slip and being lazy saying we are not home, it would be 5 stars.
