    EXCELLENT SERVICE AT UPS STORE #434 (130TH AVE SE )
    I visited twice end of last year the 3rd visit this morning (10th January 2017) this same UPS Store and found the customer service was at it’s highest level. I would recommend anyone to use this particular store for any of the courier services offered by them.

    Parcel attempted delivery to my business address yesterday and not left, despite having authority to leave.
    Called this morning after seeing an update that delivery would be re-attempted today, and knowing I would not be at the address, but that my neighbour could get the parcel for me once it had been left. I was assured that the parcel would be left as per instruction from both the sender and myself. An hour ago the parcel was attempted delivery but not left. Called customer service again, put on hold for a lengthy amount of time only to be put through to an incredibly rude woman named Kristy, who was incredibly patronising and unhelpful, spoke over the top of me constantly and refused to give me her full name when I expressed that I would be making a complaint.
    Kristy informed me that it was up to the driver whether to leave a parcel or not and that I should know this as it was in your terms. I am the receiver, I am not aware of the terms as a sender would be. She said it can be delivered to my house address instead but this is more unsafe as my property fronts to a park so it is even more exposed. When I explained I would prefer it left at work (there are cameras AND my I had arranged my neighbour to collect the parcel) she sarcastically commented “Yeah, but our driver didn’t know that”. Your driver should have know that, in fact, as I had called their customer service that morning to make the arrangements prior.
    I am stuck now, unable to get my parcel as I never know when it is coming, I can’t sit at an address all day waiting, it’s particularly ludicrous as I work in a business park with 10-20 other business surrounding mine.
    Surely it is up to myself and the sender to give authority to leave, particularly when we know the value of an item it’s our call to make, not your condescending customer service staff Kristy. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was denied. When I asked for the process to make a complaint she just said call back on Monday. When I asked who I should speak to she bluntly said “Anybody other than me”.
    Doesn’t even deserve 1 star to be honest.
