    Many thanks to Kelly for helping me at the UPS store yesterday about 530 and today about 430. She was very busy with about 10 people in line, the printer/copier wouldn’t connect, yet she was very patient and friendly with me. I don’t know how she stays calm, cool, collected, and extra friendly with so many customers staring at her. I will definitely use this store for mailing, printing, scanning, and even emailing.

    Great friendly staff. Very polite and careful but fast as hell! They showed up on short notice, moved us across the city and beat everyone else on price to boot. From now on they’re the first guys I’ll call.

    It is extremely upsetting to see that this is what our tax dollars are paying for. About 9 times out of 10 the post office in Evanston seems to misplace one of my packages being delivered internationally. Every single time I inquire about the lost package the person helping me at the window seems extremely confused and completely disinterested in helping me. When they finally get tired of dealing with you (after about 2 minutes) they’ll send you over to a window to talk to a supervisor. After being ignored for a good 15 minutes you’ll be told that the supervisor isn’t there and someone will be up to help you in a minute. About another 20 minutes later someone will come up to the window, shrug and say I don’t know what you want me to tell you. We’ll call you once we find your package. This is absolutely inexcusable. This post office at best is a sick joke and at worse a completely disgusting waste of tax payer dollars.

    This is a good company. Clean facilities and equipment. They have relatively low wait times most of their calls, and loads leaving the facility are usually about 30 minutes early, so you can time your loads pretty easily.
