   I’ve been dealing with VRL Goods Movers and Packers Gurugram from last 3 years and have always been satisfied with their services. They are very professional and friendly, which is great when you’re moving in a hectic schedule. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends!

   10 day to receive an item and it arrived damaged. You shouldn’t have “fast” in your name if you can’t deliver on the promise, terrible communication between call centre and warehouse, and zero care with handling your product. Ordered something on eBay during holidays to be delivered from Melbourne to Brisbane and based on the expected delivery time, I provided my home address. Delivery got delayed and the Friday before I returned to work, I requested it to be delivered to my work address instead. My item was sitting in their warehouse in Brisbane for 10 days in total. Seller did follow it up few times, but didn’t get any response, so after few days I rang and was told by the call centre staff that she didn’t know why item had not been delivered, there was no info in their system explaining why, and she would escalate it and text me back. Did not hear back. 14 days after purchase and 10 days watching item sitting in their Brisbane warehouse, item finally got delivered. The package was 18kg heavy and a small little lady appeared through my door dragging the box through the floor, no trolley or anything, not even lifting it off the ground as the poor thing was alone. I asked her where her trolley was, she said she had not been given one. Box arrived damaged, bent and opened in some places, protective foam inside was shattered and product arrived damaged with a dent. It’s no surprise they got 1.5 stars on Google, quite frankly I’d rate zero if I could.

   Absolutely phenomenal. Our two movers were simply fantastic from start to finish – personable, professional, efficient. We were out of our old place in under an hour and had everything unloaded into our new place a couple of hours later. Simply brilliant.

   It seems to be impossible to speak to anybody at waltloo aramex office to get a quote on a fragile parcel. I spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to get information from Aramex but was directed to Durban office!! I live in Meyerspark . less then 5 minutes from Waltloo. I use Aramex every week . why can i not get a quote from them?

   Lovely friendly helpful staff, they helped me pay some cheques into my bank which I didn’t know you could do at a post office… Saved me a trip to my local bank where you can’t park so thank you Newhey post office

   If I could give this company 0, that would be more accurate.
   worst courier company. Customer service team very rude and unhelpful.
