    I just moved from GA to Tx. While my move with the dispatched employees who moved my furniture was pleasant, the management was very unsatisfying. Initially my moving estimate totaled out to $1494.99 before arrival. Once the movers loaded my furniture up they drew a different contract totaling around 2,215 before charges for using a card payment. I was upcharged for walking distance as well as Estimated weight. In the contract it stated based on the items that they were picking up, it would be 311 cf but it came out to 450 cf. So there was additional charges for that. If these things were discussed up front that would not have been a issue but the only thing I was asked was how many pieces of furniture I had. They went as far as to charging for extra pieces of equipment that were underneath my bed which I had no idea would be additional. Everything I had listed initially for pick up I didn’t have delivered however they still somehow doubled the amount of items strategically to charge more. I’m ok with just about anything as long as there is transparency but I feel as though the methods of this business are underhanded and manipulative. Before taking my items I contacted the manager (John)/owner(Ben) to try to resolve the confusion of the almost $700 additional this move cost that I did not agree upon and in the end Ben had an attitude and told me it was my fault for not reading in the fine print of over 1,000 words. I informed him It would be different if these charges were expressed up front rather than being forced to scavenger hunt for loop holes. He stated that his employees have been great for years and that “It’s my fault and that I can decide if I wanted them to bring my furniture back”. At this point I wished that I could completely cancel however the assistance that I had was no longer available unfortunately. By the end of this conversation he tried to redeem himself by apologizing “IF” he came off rude and gave a manager discount of a $100 which made it $2115 vs $2215. Which still was nowhere close to the original quote which his employee incorrectly priced. My move in was expected to be Saturday I was guaranteed Saturday by John but it made it on Sunday, something else that I was later informed in the clause that they have up until 2 weeks to deliver. Since my delivery to my new place I’ve had two damaged lamps a broken night stand, missing mattress and box springs, as well as missing Bed slates to hold up my bed. The company finally found my mattress and box spring however my bed is currently laying on the floor and missing my bed slats and every time I call the owner (BEN) states that he will call me back. I have been waiting since ( 7/27/19) Saturday for a call back with an update, continuously calling each day. Today is now (8/1/2019) Thursday with still no call back, now he doesn’t answer. I’ve even missed a day of work waiting for my mattress and box springs to be delivered again only to find that the boards to hold them up were missing at this point. Services have not been properly rendered, I feel robbed at this point. I’ve tried to be nice to him and his staff since the first disagreement, now I feel played. I have never received such horrible service before in my life this has been the most stressful part of my move. I don’t write this review to make this company lose any business, I write this to make the company aware of the bad customer service as well as future customers of the experiences I am dealing with before hand.

    Let me start with I hate the post office I hate going, I never remember how anything works, I usually get poor service from someone that appears to hate their job. NOT HERE! Every time I’ve been here I’ve been treated really well, greeted with a smile, and my questions were answered without attitude. As someone who hates dealing with the postal service generally, I appreciate the workers here for making my trips in friendly and even sharing a joke or two. Keep up the awesome work.
