   Parcel delivered but nothing was there. Called customer service to sort, Yodel driver lied and claimed my address was written wrong (called the retail store I purchased from to confirm my address was right), also claimed to post parcel to the address which he claimed my parcel read (funnily enough no one has moved into that address yet so he lied twice). Was then hung up on.

   Iv never seem soo many bad reviews in this day and age wow Hermes u guys really deserve to b the worst courier on planet earth whats actually going on over there in B24 whats the actual problem? All u gta do is deliver pples parcels if royal mail can do it walking, then shame on u in the vans..loading area for vans full family cars hence why pple not getting their stuff what a joke they employ pple with cars so they eny gta pay much out then if ur bike dont fit in the zafira or 307 hatchback they gone make out u wasnt home…when does it shut down 4 good?

   Quick in and out even with 1 or 2 customers in line before me, staff at post office are always polite and friendly and always happy to help if and where possible.

   Something horrific. They are just ignoring customers sitting and chatting in the office and making people to wait 30 min before seeing that. 1st time it happened I thought this is one off. But now it is the 3rd time. Avoid them if you can

   My experience with the concern person was excellent when I reached to BLUE DART office, near Sujatha school for delivering the parcel. Thanks BLUE DART.

   They r exellent srvice provider. Tem sent by them was very good. Reached well in time .amazing experience. I recomend them for transporting goods .
